What: Seattle Lunch 2.0's Anniversay Event will be starting of the super geek weekend!! We have the honor of having BlueGecko host our anniversary bash!! BlueGecko is Seattle's own remote DBA company, keeping your MySQL and Oracle databases up and running. We will get the inside scoop on how they work their magic.... and of course get to meet some of their MySQL Gurus!! It also just so happens that this happy hour event will be the start of a long geek weekend!! So if you are in the Seattle Tech Community....or want to be.... you definitely want to start your weekend right with this event!

After we celebrate a year of lunches and happy hours in Seattle, Seattle Lunch 2.0 will be partnering up with nPost to host a pub crawl from BlueGecko's Pioneer Square location to none other than Shelly Farnham's Thingamajiggr II!! Of course we all know that the Seattle Geek Weekend doesn't end with Thingamajiggr II, it
continues through the weekend with BarCamp Seattle, an ad hoc unconference in the Adobe Conference Center (801 N 43rd), on Sat 10am-5pm and Sun 10am-1pm...... AND..... SilverlightDevCamp, a community within a community at both Thingamajiggr and BarCamp Seattle!! Yikes!! That is a lot for one weekend, but why not?
